18th January ’14 – Hired to provide my wedding disco services for Gary & Lauren Bradshaw at the Marriott Victoria & Albert hotel in Manchester city centre. They hired me to DJ from 7.30pm till 1am in the full function room at this popular wedding & events hotel.
They chose Aerosmith ‘Don’t want to miss a thing’ as their first dance which we got underway around 8.45pm immediately after the cake cutting.
Thereafter, guests soon filled the dance floor to join the bride & groom & the party was in full swing!
Lauren, the bride, had sent me a list of around 40 songs which were more suggestions of the kind of music they liked rather than a set play list, mostly mainstream anyway so had no problem getting them in for her. They included R&B, dance, pop, rock anthems, old skool 80’s, 90’s, Northern Soul & current hits.
