As a professional wedding DJ in East Lancashire, I’ve had the pleasure of performing at some incredible venues – but Ben and Nicola’s big day at Stirk House was one I’ll never forget. It was a true honour to provide wedding entertainment for the new Mr. & Mrs. Mihell, and what a night it was!

Ben and Nicola chose this beautiful setting to tie the knot, and the love and energy in the room were off the charts from the very start.

For their wedding reception, Ben and Nicola hired me to be their wedding DJ, and I made sure to craft a bespoke playlist tailored to their tastes and vibe. From the first dance right through to the last track of the night, the dance floor was alive with energy. I worked closely with them in the weeks leading up to the big day to make sure every detail of the music reflected who they are as a couple.

Whether it was timeless wedding classics, Ibiza-inspired house tracks, or party anthems that got everyone on their feet, I made sure the soundtrack matched the incredible atmosphere. To take things up a notch, Ben and Nicola also hired our 24x16ft white LED dance floor – and wow, did it make an impact! This isn’t your average dance floor. The glowing white LEDs lit up the room and gave guests the perfect place to let loose. It really added that extra sparkle to the evening reception and made for some amazing photo opportunities, too.

Our saxophonist joined me during the peak of the evening set, jamming live to the beats and interacting with guests on the dance floor. The blend of live sax and DJ music brought a unique and unforgettable twist to the night, and guests couldn’t get enough. It was Ibiza meets East Lancashire in the best possible way.
