Andy B Events are pleased to offer this traditional Ice Cream Bike for hire! Great for weddings! It can either be used during the drinks reception alongside canapes or even after the wedding breakfast is good.
Included in the hire;
- Frederick’s of Chorley luxury hard scooped ice cream. Choice of 3 different flavours of ice cream included in the prices below (we have a menu of 100 ice creams and sorbets to pre choose from)
- Waffle cones, tubs & scoops
- Toppings including Flakes, Fudge Fingers, Wafers, Hundreds & Thousands, Nibbed Nuts and Mini Marshmallows
- Sauces including raspberry, strawberry, bubble gum, chocolate, caramel and lime
- Attendant to set the machine up, serve the ice cream and then take everything away at the end
- Choose from 2 or 3 hours serve time as standard (longer hire periods available)
- All our electrical equipment is PAT tested, we have full public liability insurance, hygiene certificates and risk assessments
Price guide…
up to 100 guests for 2 hours is 325 or £355 for 3 hours
up to 150 guests for 2 hours is £375 or £405 for 3 hours
up to 200 guests for 2 hours is £425 or £455 for 3 hours
Our requirements…
- Access to mains power
- This machine cannot go upstairs/steps; a small single step is ok as we have a ramp. The bike can only be used on the ground floor either inside a building or outside. We have an umbrella that can be used for outside events but the bike cannot be used outside if raining
- Set up space of at least 2m x 3m for the machine and trestle table
- 6ft Trestle table
- Parking/loading bay for our staff
- We will arrive one hour prior to start of serving time for set up
