What a top night! I was delighted to provide the DJ entertainment for a fantastic surprise 40th birthday party for Rob, organised by his wife Jade at The Venue Haydock, formerly known as Haydock Conservative Club.
Planning a surprise birthday party is all about getting the details right, keeping everything under wraps and making sure the birthday guest has an amazing time without suspecting a thing!
Jade did a brilliant job organising the celebrations, and I was happy to help coordinate the surprise and turn it into a night Rob won’t forget in a hurry.
Planning a Surprise 40th Birthday Party
One of the most important parts of a surprise party is getting the timing right.
I helped coordinate the surprise element, allowing guests to arrive and enjoy drinks and food during the early part of the evening while we gradually built the atmosphere.
Then came the big moment!
I got Rob up and invited everyone to join in singing Happy Birthday to him. Once the surprise had landed and the birthday celebrations were officially underway, it was time to turn things up a notch and get the party started!
From there, we ramped things up into full-on party mode, with the music, dancing and atmosphere that make a milestone birthday celebration so special.
