As a professional wedding DJ in Lancashire, I’m lucky to be part of so many amazing celebrations – and Neil & Lauren’s wedding at the stunning Beeston Manor was one of those nights I’ll never forget. Beeston Manor is a fantastic Lancashire wedding venue, and I’m proud to be one of their recommended DJs through my company, Andy B Events.
From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be a special night. Guests were already buzzing with excitement, and the room looked incredible. We kicked things off with the cake cut, which I had the pleasure of hosting. Now, this wasn’t just any wedding cake – hidden in one of the layers was a surprise superhero design! A fantastic, fun personal touch from the newlyweds that I know guests will be talking about for a long time.
Straight after the cake cut, it was time for the first dance. Neil & Lauren had chosen the beautiful track Die With a Smile, and they’d prepared a choreographed routine for the first minute – a truly magical moment.
Then I invited all the guests to join them on the dance floor, and the party officially began!
From there, it was non-stop dancing. We went from 80s party classics and 90s pop anthems, through to ABBA, S Club, a lively Proud Mary, and so much more.
Everyone was singing, dancing, and celebrating the night away, could say we went bananas!
We closed with a full-on singalong to Livin’ on a Prayer – the perfect way to end an epic night.
As a Lancashire wedding DJ, my goal is always the same: to create an unforgettable atmosphere where every guest feels part of the celebration. Neil & Lauren’s wedding was the perfect example of that – laughter, energy, and great music from the first dance to the last.
