What an incredible night celebrating the wedding of Mr & Mrs Dawson at the stunning Beeston Manor, one of my absolute favourite venues in Lancashire! As a professional wedding DJ, I’ve been lucky enough to be part of countless amazing celebrations, but this one truly stood out.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be a party to remember. Beeston Manor is such a perfect venue for a wedding, set in beautiful countryside with a warm, intimate feel that’s perfect for dancing the night away. It’s always a pleasure to work here, and the staff really know how to help couples create something magical.

Katherine & John kicked off the night with their first dance to the timeless classic ‘Faithfully’ by Journey, a romantic and emotional moment that set the tone for the whole evening. I made sure the sound and lighting were just right, creating a beautiful atmosphere for their big moment on the dancefloor.

Once the formalities were out the way, it was time to crank up the energy—and that’s exactly what we did!

Katherine and John asked for a fantastic mix of wedding classics, starting with favourites like ABBA, “Red Light Spells Danger”, and “September” by Earth, Wind & Fire—always guaranteed to get guests of all ages moving. We kept the dancefloor full with sing-along hits and timeless party anthems that brought everyone together.

But the real twist came later in the night…

As requested, I brought in a proper 90s Clubland set to take things up a notch. Think high-energy tracks, hands-in-the-air vibes, and a crowd that just didn’t want the night to end. We even had a live saxophonist performing alongside the DJ set, adding that extra wow factor and taking the party atmosphere to the next level!

There’s nothing better than seeing a packed dancefloor, smiling faces, and a couple soaking up every second of their special day. It was an absolute pleasure to be part of Katherine & John’s wedding at Beeston Manor, and I’m so happy they trusted Andy B Events to bring the music, energy, and good vibes.
