30th December ’13 – My final wedding party of 2013 was at the very nice Mytton Fold hotel & golf complex on Whalley Road in Langho, Blackburn.

Mr & Mrs Carr had hired my wedding DJ services for their evening reception in the Abbey suite from 7.30pm till 1am. This is the larger room at Mytton Fold & is suitable for quite big parties complete with stage.

Ben & Alexis choose the Lumineers ‘Ho Hey’ as their first dance & had also given me a request list of around 25/30 songs to play on the night. These were mostly recent chart hits & had no problem fitting them in. We also had some Indie/Rock hits & even some Spice Girls & take That towards the end! All the best to Mr & Mrs Carr!

I’ve since had the following email from the bride –
