22nd September ’13 – Was pleased to be involved in the Beeston Manor wedding fayre organised by Little White Books. As the venue’s disco provider of choice, as well as exhibiting, we were also providing the soundtrack to the fashion shows.

Our casino tables are really popular for weddings. The minimum hire for casino tables is 2 tables (blackjack & roulette) which cost £375 for both in the Preston area. 2 is generally enough for small to medium sized wedding parties. As a guide, I normally suggest a minimum of 1 table per 50 guests. Additional tables then cost £175 each.
The tables are, in my opinion, the nicest looking fun tables in the area. They come complete with real croupiers, gaming chips & funny money/vouchers (these can be personalised for the cost of the printing approx £25 for 125). We also put star cloth skirting’s around them for a glitzy finish! We offer a bottle of bubbly for the biggest winner. (although you can put in your own prize if you like). I’d normally say 2 hours is long enough for fun tables but we can do longer if needed for an extra cost. Timings are up to your self, personally, for a wedding, I’d use them to fill the turnaround period & the first hour of the evening reception (6.30pm till 8.30pm ish). This works really well in the upstairs room at Beeston Manor. But, as I say, it’s up to yourself, you could just have them through the evening if you prefer.
Price is based on the croupiers arriving to set up the tables approx 1 hour prior to gaming.

Our large (50″) chocolate fountain makes a really impressive (& tasty) centre piece! Without doubt, the nicest in the area, catering from 100 to 400 guests!

We can also help source live music/entertainment especially for your wedding, including; caricaturists, classical music during the daytime such as harpist, string quartet, pianist, saxophonist, close up magicians & bands or singers suited for the evening.
Our experienced, reliable, friendly & professional wedding DJ’s cost £250 for a typical evening reception covering playing times of 7pm till midnight. Additional time is £30 per hour. This could include a later finish or setting up before the wedding breakfast & providing music throughout. We can even cover the ceremony if required.
Uplighters are really popular at Beeston Manor. They help create a fab atmosphere during the evening. Cost is £14 each or £120 for a set of 12.
