13th July ’13 – Pleased to be providing our mobile disco services for 2 wedding parties in Lancashire. DJ Stu was playing for Alex & Chris’s big day at Brockholes Nature Reserve just off the M6 at junction 31 near Preston’s Tickled Trout. Brockholes is set within 250 acres which provides a beautiful backdrop for wedding parties in Lancashire.
Alex had met DJ Stu at the Brockholes wedding fayre we had exhibited at & after a chat with him were comfortable enough to book him for their big day there & then.

I was also providing my wedding disco in Lancashire, at the Dunkenhalgh hotel, close to Blackburn. This 700 year old building is a really popular wedding venue & one of the larger hotels in Lancashire. The staff there often recommend us to their clients to provide discos & entertainment for weddings & various events.
Sarah, the bride, had been recommended to us by the wedding coordinator at the Dunkenhalgh. Shortly after the wedding, I got this message from Sarah – ‘Hi Andy, thanks for making our wedding extra special, you did an amazing job and was much appreciated x thanks again x

Their wedding was in the Pendle Suite which is the largest function room at the hotel holding up to 400 guests. I believe we had approx. 240 which made up a great atmosphere!
Their first dance was performed to Newton Faulkner ‘Dream catch me’
Thereafter, it was party time! For the main disco, Sarah had asked for lots of Motown, Indie, RnB, rock n roll, Dirty dancing etc, so pretty good mix, which kept the dance floor busy through the night!
