7th/8th June ’13 – Andy B Events were pleased to be involved in the AOP (Association of Optometrists) annual conference for the 2nd year running. This year the event was held at the Marriott Hotel in Leicester. We provided disco & entertainment for both the Friday & Saturday night.
Friday was an informal dinner & disco evening. Giving the 220 or so guests chance to unwind, eat, drink, dance & be merry! We were set up in the main ballroom of the Marriott Leicester which certainly looked the part.
Then on Saturday night, they held their formal dinner dance featuring our singing waiters & our most popular party band, ‘the Funtime Frankies’ who ran the whole night. For more details on this band, see – https://andybevents.co.uk/2011/01/party-bands-weddings/
A successful weekend by all accounts, had a brief message off the organiser simply stating that the disco, band & singing waiters had all been brilliant! So, job done! looking forward to helping out with next year’s event!
