8th March ’13 – Was hired to provide my wedding disco at the Imperial hotel for Mr & Mrs Huckerby’s big day. They were celebrating in the Washington Suite of this 4 star Blackpool hotel which is one of the larger ball rooms. They had hired me to start at 6pm as they were having a late wedding then coming into the suite for food, speeches & then straight into the evening disco.

I acted as host for the speeches etc, then we got the disco started. Megan & Lee (the bride & groom) had sent me their first dance which was one I hadn’t heard of before but it was a nice song from Gavin Degraw ‘More than anyone’.

They had also sent me a fairly large playlist (just over 50 songs) which were mostly mainstream hits with a slight lean towards rock/indie. Wild night! Lots of dancing & I’m sure there were some sore heads the next day!
