12th December ’12 – Great date for a wedding, not one you can easily forget! Mr & Mrs MacMillan had hired my wedding DJ services for their big day at the Dunkenhalgh hotel near Blackburn. They were celebrating in the Towneley Suite which is the smaller of the 2 main function rooms but you can still get well over 100 guests in there, which they did!

As well as my wedding disco, they also hired our white LED dance floor. It was the first time we’ve used the LED dance floor in the Towneley suite & I thought it looked fab!

They had originally booked a 14ft white starlit floor, but when we came to fit it, decided it would work better as a 12*16ft to fit over the area where the hotel’s dance floor is under the carpet. Their first dance was performed to a version of the ‘you & me song’ by EMD

After the first dance, it was party time! Bethany (the bride) had sent a playlist through which was mostly mainstream chart & party hits with a few cheesy ones thrown in for good measure! This meant we had a packed dance floor right through till the big finish at 1am.

As a guide, expect to pay £250 covering the first 5 hours playing time (7pm till 12am for example). Any extra time is £30 per hour.
