10th November ’12 – Hired as wedding DJ for Mr & Mrs Green in the Peacock room within the Crimble Restaurant in Rochdale. First time I’ve been to the Peacock room, makes an elegant function room for weddings & special occasions. Although, apparently, they don’t cater for too many weddings as the whole Crimble seems to be a successful restaurant anyway.

They had hired a singer, who sang throughout the wedding breakfast, & performed an early evening set which included the first dance.

 After the singer finished, it was buffet time & I started the disco. Great atmosphere with the bride & her mates keeping the dance floor pretty busy the whole time! Had quite a lot of requests for 90’s dance favourites as well as electronic 80’s & a few classics right through till the big finish to ‘New York New York’

Had the following email from the bride the next day –
