24th August ’12 – Hired as wedding DJ for Mr & Mrs Stone’s big day at The Court House, Worsley. This historic venue is fab for weddings, sitting next to the Bridgewater canal in Worsley village. Lots of character which makes it one of my favourite venues for weddings in the area!
The father of the bride did most of the organising on this occasion, although I did get a song list from Sarah, the bride. It was mostly mainstream chart & party favourites spanning the last 3 decades. So a good mix for all the guests. For their first dance, they chose Elvis ‘Can’t help falling in love’
We had a great night! The dance floor was packed pretty much the whole night (just dropped the volume down a bit & the lights came up for the buffet).
