Andy B Events are pleased to present ‘The Distance’ who have played to captivated audiences all over the world.

With their explosive stage presence and a repertoire that features classic hits (Bad Moon Rising, Johnny B Goode, I’m A Believer) as well as modern songs (Sex On Fire, Valerie, Man I Feel Like A Woman) they deliver a slick, confident performance full to the brim with energy and excitement.

With a combined 30 year’s experience, Mat and Sofiee have a rare chemistry both on and offstage, winning over their an audience very quickly and adapting their style and sets to suit the mood; Switch off the backing tracks and you’ll be moved to tears by their raw, emotional acoustic sets (More Than Words, I Don’t Want To Talk About It, Street Spirit), or ramp up the tempo and fill the dance floor with rock’n’roll hits (You Never Can Tell, Runaround Sue, Jailhouse Rock)

From the sublime to the raucous… It’s really up to you!

The Distance also take care of the music IN BETWEEN live sets, courtesy of a laptop bursting with great music from every genre, which means there’ll be no awkward silence in between the live sets and you can get on with the important job of dancing, drinking, or our personal favourite, dancing and drinking! In addition to this, they can provide DJ services for those on a tight entertainment budget.

The Distance are perfect for cruise ships, corporate events, weddings, wedding breakfasts, golf clubs, hotels, holiday parks, birthdays, anniversaries, renewal of vows or army barracks’. They once even did a children’s party … now THAT’S a tough crowd!

An entire evening’s entertainment for what we’re convinced is a price so low it must surely contravene some E.U human rights legislation…
