29th April ’12 – Hired as kids entertainer for Grace’s 5th birthday party at St Martins & St Hilda’s church hall in Carleton (next to the Castle Gardens), Poulton Le Fylde. Nice venue for kids parties, I do quite a lot there.
Grace’s parents had hired my 2 hour party package for around 30 children which was a fun afternoon! Started off by letting the early arrivals have a go at plate spinning before sitting everybody down for my magical fun show! Of course, I got the birthday girl up to help me with some magic, one of the kids helped wash my socks with a little magic help! I also made some balloon models for the children who came up to help. The show fills up the first hour which is then a good time to have the food. But not before I’d Conga’d them around the room! After food, we sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to Grace & she blew out the candles on her cake. Then it was back to more fun! Grace’s parents had wrapped a ‘pass the parcel’ which I hosted, then we did the Limbo competition & a couple of party dances to finish off! Fab, fun afternoon not just for the kids but also for the parents who joined in too!
