17th March ’12 – Hired as wedding DJ for Mr & Mrs Edwards big day at Farington Lodge near Leyland, Preston. This grade 2 Georgian House makes a beautiful setting for a wedding. They had hired me to play from 7.30pm till 1am. The bride, Holly, was into Glee! So, played a few tracks from the show to start with, soon it was time to cut the cake & perform their first dance which they performed to ‘Your Song’ from Elton John. Then we had time for a few party favourites with a full dance floor before the buffet came out. After food, we had some live music from singer Rob Lee then it was time for the main disco party. Farington Lodge rocked! Great party, fab atmosphere & a full dance floor all the way through till a big finish at 1am.
