27th November ’11 – Was hired as kids entertainer for a Christmas party in Bamber Bridge on Sunday afternoon. It was for the children who are involved in the local rugby club, either through their parents or themselves. The party was held in the upstairs function room in the Old Trades Hall on Station road, Bamber Bridge. I’ve done a few kids parties there & it’s quite a decent room for parties.
The children were a mix of ages, mostly 5-10 year olds & I have to say a very pleasant, well behaved bunch! I provided my regular 2 hour party package which involves a little bit of junior disco, plate spinning, balloon modelling, party dances, a magical fun show & a couple of competitions such as the Limbo. All good fun! We finished off with the Captain from the adult rugby squad coming on stage to say a few words & to give them all a selection box. I then playedthem out with one last party dance ‘Cha Cha Slide’!
