Wedding DJ Palm House Sefton Park

Always a pleasure to supply our wedding DJ’s for receptions at the Sefton Park Palm House. This Grade 2 listed Victorian Conservatory makes quite a unique setting for wedding parties.

On this occasion, Mr & Mrs Williams had hired our popular wedding DJ Stu to provide the soundtrack to the full day including ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast (including hosting the speeches) & the evening reception.

He brings a modern sound & light show, as you can see in the above link. He carries a comprehensive selection of music & will be able to cater for most requests on the night, which is something he’ll encourage. Beforehand, I’d put you in touch so that you can go through specific requests for the evening including the first dance & any other special songs (as well as any you don’t want playing!). At this point, you could, if you so wish, prepare a whole set list, which he’ll be happy to work from as required.  You can have as much pre event communication as required to ensure we get it just right on the night.

As well as the disco, he will also act as the host for the evening – introducing for example, the cake cutting & first dance, announcing the buffet etc. His dress code for a wedding is normally suit & tie as appropriate the occasion. He’s there all night & will fit in with how you want your evening to run. But if you do want any suggestions for timings etc, you can discuss it with Stu.

The cost for Stu is £275 for standard times of 7pm till midnight. Any additional time is £30 per hour. Covering the daytime is a really popular option at Sefton Park Palm House. Either setting up prior to the wedding breakfast or even prior to the ceremony too. This way, Stu can control the music as your guests take their seats, a track of your choice for the bride to walk the aisle, signing the register & the bride & groom’s exit, suitable music at the right level for during the drinks & wedding breakfast, maybe raising it up a notch between courses to keep the fun atmosphere bubbling along! Use of the microphones for speeches (which he can introduce for you) & then into the evening.
