The evening reception is a big part of the day & we want your guests to have a great party they will talk about long after it’s over!

The DJ is an essential part of the night. Our top quality DJ’s will provide background music as required, host the evening, play the first dance &, of course, the disco! Our professional, reliable, friendly & experienced approach will be especially tailored for your wedding.

Live music makes a big difference to the success of the night. It will help create that special party atmosphere. Depending on budget & requirements, you have several options. From great party/function bands that play all the dance floor favourites to more specialised bands such as swing/rat pack, soul & Motown, Irish, 60’s, 70’s etc. The bands normally perform two 45-minute sets. We could also find for you a whole range of tribute shows, from solo artistes to full bands. This can be a lot of fun as well as good entertainment.

More compact, but still providing that great live music atmosphere are wedding singers. Again, they would normally perform two 45-minute sets. They can sing all the usual favourites & rat pack is ever more current! It may be possible to perform the first dance live.

Fun casino tables are becoming increasingly popular at wedding parties! Clients normally use them to fill in the gap between the wedding breakfast & the evening reception, then as an icebreaker for the early evening. Normally, 2 tables are enough for a small to medium sized wedding, Blackjack & Roulette being the favourites. All tables come complete with funny money & croupiers.

Chocolate fountains are very popular for weddings! Delight your guests with this party favourite for a couple of hours during your evening reception.

Live music during the day really helps create an elegant setting, complimenting the ceremony, drinks reception or wedding breakfast. For this we can suggest musicians such as harpists, saxophonists, Spanish guitar, violinists, string quartets & jazz bands (especially useful to keep the rest of the guests entertained whilst the bridal party are having their photographs taken) as well as close up magicians to entertain around the tables.

To give your daytime reception & wedding breakfast a real formal sense of occasion, you can hire a toastmaster or M/C for the day. They will make all announcements & host your speeches by presenting each speaker. They also help coordinate the daytime proceedings.
